My grandmother has to be one of the greatest cooks I know. Born and raised in Louisiana, she has an appreciation for all things Cajun. This dish is no exception, with its crunchy praline-crusted exterior and a warm, melt-in-your-mouth interior. Being that it is my all-time favorite Thanksgiving side, I had to share the recipe with my friends.

DIRECTIONS: Combine below ingredients and mix well. Pour into 3 qt dish.

For Topping: mix below ingredients together and sprinkle on top.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
